1. Scope of the tool

VietQR Help is an independent tool for creating QR codes from information users enter, including bank-transfer, URL, and Wi-Fi QR codes. It is not a bank or the official NAPAS website. It does not hold money, make transfers, or confirm transactions.

2. Available features

Users can select a bank and enter the required details to create a transfer QR, or enter a URL or Wi-Fi details to create the corresponding QR. Users can download QR images, create a PayLink, or prepare content for printing. Some features depend on third-party services listed in the Privacy Policy.

3. User responsibilities

Before sharing a QR code or confirming a transaction, users must check the bank code, recipient name, account number, amount, and transfer description themselves. A successfully generated QR code does not prove that an account exists, that the account holder is correct, or that money has been received.

Do not enter bank passwords, one-time passcodes, PINs, API keys, recovery codes, or login details in the tool. A PayLink may contain data in its URL fragment, which can be read by anyone who has the link.

4. Third-party services

The bank list and QR images may be provided by vietqr.app and img.vietqr.io. The availability and response content of those services, and their data policies, are outside VietQR Help's direct control.

5. Availability and limitations

VietQR Help is provided to help create QR data. It does not guarantee that every banking app supports every QR code, that an image will always load, or that a transaction will succeed. For transaction issues, check the banking app and contact the relevant bank.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may change when features, providers, or the supported scope change. The latest update date appears at the top of the page. If you continue to use the tool after the terms change, you have had an opportunity to read the new version.

VietQR Help was independently developed by Phạm Hải. Phạm Hải works in Data Research & Lead Generation at Vietnam Cyberspace Security Technology JSC (VNCS). This information identifies the developer only and does not state that VNCS owns or operates VietQR Help.
